Standards of cleaning

Cleaning is where we do not compromise which excels us as compared to other exporters. Each product has its own standards of cleaning, which are rigidly followed. We have latest machinery in cleaning the products, where required, manual cleaning is also carried out. Metal detectors are also used to ensure that the product is free from ferrous and non-ferrous impurities.

Drying

This is one of the important stages of processing of foodstuff. Cleaning and drying is carried out at our premises under our hygienic control team. If the product is not attended properly during this process, there are likely chances of attracting bacteria and getting mould, which can lead to loss of flavour and natural aroma. The drying is carried out under the sun and air-drying and ensured no physical contamination. Recently we have installed three imported gas dryers to unable us to increase our production. 

Grinding

Grinding is carried out under strict hygienic control. During the process it is ensured that the material produced has a uniform size. Multi stage grinding is carried out to avoid heat generation so that the powder does not get roasted, maintains colour, aroma and taste is not affected. Proper cleaning of the machinery is carried out prior grinding and after use to ensure any bacterial deposits and no contamination takes place during use. The grinding room is kept ventilated through fans to provide healthy atmosphere to the process and the staff.
